Frequently Asked Questions About Apparel Printing
What file format do you need for t-shirt printing?
For t-shirt printing, vector files are preferred: AI (Adobe Illustrator) and EPS files are ideal because they scale to any size without losing quality. PDF files are also accepted when exported correctly. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPG, it can work provided the resolution is high enough, generally 300 DPI or higher at the intended print size. We review every submitted file before production and will flag any artwork that needs adjustment or recreation. Full file requirements are covered in the artwork policy. If your file is not print-ready, our design services team can convert or rebuild it. Requirements may vary slightly between custom screen printing and DTF transfers, so confirm the method when submitting your order.
Can you create a logo for my t-shirt if I don't have one?
Yes, we can create a logo or custom design if you do not have existing artwork. Our design services team works from descriptions, rough sketches, inspiration images, or existing brand assets to build a print-ready graphic. This service covers new logo creation, updating or modernizing an old logo, fixing low-quality or blurry files, and converting non-print-ready artwork into the correct format for bulk t-shirt printing or custom screen printing. A digital proof is provided for approval before production begins. To get started, submit your project details through the quote form. Browse t-shirt styles, polos, and outerwear to select your garment at the same time.
