What file format do you need for t-shirt printing?
For t-shirt printing, vector files are preferred: AI (Adobe Illustrator) and EPS files are ideal because they scale to any size without losing quality. PDF files are also accepted when exported correctly. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPG, it can work provided the resolution is high enough, generally 300 DPI or higher at the intended print size. We review every submitted file before production and will flag any artwork that needs adjustment or recreation. Full file requirements are covered in the artwork policy. If your file is not print-ready, our design services team can convert or rebuild it. Requirements may vary slightly between custom screen printing and DTF transfers, so confirm the method when submitting your order.
